PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blow-molded vessel made of a polyethylene resin wherein deformation such as a bulge does not occur in an in-mold label and which is recyclable as a polyethylene resin material, and the in-mold label which enables attainment of this blow-molded vessel made of the polyethylene resin. SOLUTION: The in-mold label for the blow-molded vessel made of the polyethylene resin which has a base 11 having a decorating layer 12 on the surface and constituted of the polyethylene resin and an adhesion layer 13 so laminated as to cover the decorating layer 12 of the base 11 and constituted of a low- density polyethylene, the blow-molded vessel made of the polyethylene resin to which the in-mold label is welded, and a manufacturing method thereof, are provided.
