<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely and simply perform an operation of sealing the main body of a hollow vessel. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method uses molds 11 and 12 having cavities 11a and 12a so shaped as to regulate the outer peripheral surface of the hollow vessel 1 before sealing which has a main body comprising a body part 2 and a mouth part 3, a head part 5 provided continuously to a portion 4 to be an opening of the main body and a bulging part 6 connected to the head part 5 through the intermediary of a narrow tubular part 7 and made to communicate therewith. After a parison 21 is disposed between the molds 11 and 12 being opened, the molds are closed and at least the narrow tubular part 7 is formed substantially. Then, a blow-in hole 8 is opened in a portion of the parison 21 to be the bulging part 6 and a pressurized fluid is introduced thereinto for inflation. A discharge hole 9 being opened in the bulging part 6 in succession, the pressurized fluid is discharged therethrough and the hollow vessel 1 before sealing is blow-molded. The bulging part 6 is cut off thereafter at the portion of the narrow tubular part 7, while an opening brought about in the head part 5 side is closed up and sealed.</p> |
