<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a resin-coated metallic sheet which has an excellent mirror reflective properties and an outstanding resistance to boiling water, without using a soft polyvinyl chloride resin and also without remodeling an existing lamination line. SOLUTION: The resin-coated metallic sheet P is formed of a polyester resin layer B laminated on a base material metallic sheet A and further, a transparent biaxially oriented polyester resin film D with an added printing layer C, laminated on the layer B, using the printing layer C side of the film D as a lamination face. The polyester resin layer B comprises three layers such as a polyester resin layer (b-1) with a melting point Tm1, a polyester resin layer (b-2) with a melting point Tm2 and a polyester resin layer (b-3) with a melting point Tm3 sequentially laminated from the base material metallic sheet A side. In addition, when the surface temperature of a steel sheet during laminating a monolithic laminate of the polyester resin layer B and the transparent biaxially oriented polyester resin film D with an added printing layer C on the base material metallic sheet A, is given as Ts( deg.C), the lamination process is performed at a temperature which satisfies both conditions: Tm1<=(Ts-30 deg.C), Tm3<=(Ts-30 deg.C).</p> |
