PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pouch conveying device with which feeding of a pouch can be speeded up, conveyance of the pouch to a pouch filling and packaging apparatus can be stabilized and a pouch filling and processing system can be speeded up. SOLUTION: A conveyer 3 is stopped at a time point when a pouch 1 is detected by a photoelectric switch 7. The pouch 1 at a terminal position A0 of the conveyer 3 when the conveyer 3 stops is transferred by a first transfer mechanism 19 to a first transfer position A1 adjacent in a laterally feeding direction approximately orthogonal to a conveyance direction of the pouch 1 by the conveyer 3. Further, the pouch 1 at the first transfer position A1 is laterally fed to a second transfer position A2 subsequently by a second transfer mechanism 20. Thereafter, the pouch 1 at the second transfer position A2 is pushed against a suction pad 59 of a take-in drum 21 by an auxiliary suction mechanism 60.
