PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe body joint mechanism and an expansible flexible pipe passage part body which employ a three-dimensional seal material in a pipe passage without forming a storage part for a packing in particular, suppress the formation of a resistance part for a stream of fluid on an inner face of the employed pipe passage, reduce a length and a width of a joint part, and ensure stable sealing action for a fluid pressure inside a pipe body. SOLUTION: A flexible member 2 having a U-shaped cross section is set between pipe passage part bodies 1 forming a flange-like joint part 11 in an end part. The joint part of the pipe passage part body 1 and an end part of the flexible member 2 having the U-shaped cross section are mutually connected by a connection means.
