PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a part assembling device which enables even an unskilled worker to assemble a part in an ECM holder in a short time. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a hollow shaft 111, a slide shaft 112 with one end disposed in a hollow part 111, a cylinder member 113 disposed to surround the outer circumferential side of the hollow shaft 111, and move between both ends of the hollow shaft 111, and plural plate springs 114 with one end separately disposed in a circumferential direction of the cylinder member 113 and fixed to the cylinder member 113 to form a fixed end 114a, and with the other end set as a free end 114b. The plate spring 114 gets in contact with the hollow shaft 111 to receive radially outward action force to generate radially inward resiliency. The free end 113 converges radially inward by resiliency as the cylinder member 113 is moved toward a part opening part 111b of the hollow shaft. By moving the cylinder member 113 in the opposite direction 111e to the part opening part 113b, it is diffused radially outward by the action force.
