PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for controlling a tryshot in die casting by which, in performing the tryshot, the die casting can be shifted to a massproduction casting condition at an early time by raising a die temperature to a prescribed temperature speedily, and also, a product can be restrained from being irregularly taken out. SOLUTION: In selecting a casting condition except a casting condition in the massproduction, the tryshot is determined so that a curing time is extended or shortened in comparison with a massproduction time.
