摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of an injection sleeve for die casting machine in which the wear of the inner peripheral surface of the injection sleeve caused by a plunger tip is reduced and the insertion of molten metal is restrained and a suction effect in vacuum-casting is held by restraining the thermal deformation of the injection sleeve near the dropping portion of the molten metal caused by the molten metal. SOLUTION: In the vicinity of the dropping portion of the molten metal supplied from a molten metal pouring hole, a cooling medium passage is formed in the body of the injection sleeve. As the cooling medium passage, a pipe for adjusting a temperature disposed in a flowing passage formed in the axial direction of the injection sleeve body, is used, and on the other peripheral surface of the pipe, a spiral groove is formed and the pipe can be adjusted to the temperature so that the vicinity of the dropping portion of the molten metal in the injection sleeve is not cooled by the cooling medium excessively by forming the spiral cooling medium passage with the inner peripheral surface of the flowing passage in contact with the outer peripheral surface of the pipe.
