<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for rolling a welded portion using welded portion information capable of drastically reducing fracture in the welded portion of the steel plate by controlling a rolling speed and a tensile force at the time of rolling the vicinity of the welded region through the welded regional data obtained by directly diagnosing a state of the welded portion. SOLUTION: When continuously rolling a steel plate by a tandem rolling mill, while welding the steel plate, shaped fluctuations in the plate thickness direction are measured by scanning the surface of the welded portion of the steel plate, and based on the measurement, either rolling speed or tensile force or both rolling speed and tensile force can be controlled.</p> |
