<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk storage sheet which can be made of a recyclable paper material without using a cardboard, and is devised to be capable of being filed in a normal bookbinding line, to be capable of housing a disk in a stable state, and further to allow the disk to be smoothly removed. SOLUTION: The disk storage sheet 1 for housing a disk to be filed in a bound object such as a magazine, a leaflet and a book comprises a two-folded single paper sheet 2, and a disk 7 is housed between the plies of the sheet. A disk insert/remove part 3 for inserting/removing the disk is formed on one of surfaces of the two-folded sheet. A storage pocket 5 having the disk insert/ remove part as one of sides is formed by sticking internal sides of the two- folded sheet to each other around the received disk, and one of sides of the two-folded sheet is filed in the bound object 10.</p> |
