PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical fiber drop cable which can reduce the elongation distortion in winding around a bobbin of outer fibers and satisfies both the cable strength under wind pressure load in construction and the fiber breaking strength reliability during storage of a cable bobbin.
