PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent concrete nearby an exhaust path in a cask from cracking even when the temperature of the air exhausted out of the exhaust path provided to the cask body is high. SOLUTION: A ferroconcrete-made cask body 2 having a containing space so as to contain a canister sealing a spent fuel from the top and a lid blocking the top of the containing space are provided. To the bottom of the cask body 2, a bottom space is provided so as to penetrate from the bottom to the containing space and a plurality of air supply path are horizontally provided to the bottom so as to connect from the lower part of the outer surface to the lower part of the bottom space. At a specific position of the upper part, an exhaust path 7 with a rectangular cross section is formed so as to penetrate from near the upper part of the containing space to near the upper part of the outer surface and arc shape parts are formed at the four corners of the exhaust path 7.
