PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filling tool for a through-hole in a wall body capable of easily and quickly filling mortar in the through-hole even when a lid is hard to be arranged from the outside of the through-hole in one opening part of the through-hole formed in the wall body of a building. SOLUTION: This filling tool is composed of a blocking-up piece for blocking up one end opening part of the through-hole in the wall body, an operation bar detachably connected to a screw rod extending from the blocking-up piece, and a lid body detachably connected to the screw rod extending from the blocking-up piece, and blocking up the other end opening part of the through- hole. The lid body has a female screw threadedly engaging with a screw rod base end part, and a filling material introducing hole, and is formed in the size for blocking up the other end opening part of the through-hole.
