PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutoff structure of a steel sheet pile joint part capable of surely cut off water by using an elastic body with large deformation. SOLUTION: This cutoff structure of the steel pipe pile sheet joint part cuts off water in such a manner that a fitting plate 3 fixed to another steel pipe pile sheet 4 via an opening part 1a is inserted in a joint pipe 1 fixed to the steel pipe pile sheet body 2, and an elastic body 5, which is provided in the fitting plate 3 and has a recessed/projecting part 5b and a hollow part 5c in its tip, is press-fitted to the inner wall of the joint pipe 1. The air in the hollow part 5c is evacuated to contract the elastic body 5 to be inserted into the joint part 1.
