PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a woven fabric having excellent weavability, improved stretchability and excellent qualities free from grin-through and a nep defect. SOLUTION: This woven fabric is obtained by using a composite yarn which comprises an elastic fiber and a nonelastic multifilament yarn having >=48 filament count number and has the number of interlacings of >=50/m and real twists of 6,000-8,500 twist multiplier in at least a part of the woven fabric.
