PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new oxetane ring-containing (meth)acrylic ester useful as a raw material for various functional polyolefins, coatings, adhesives and dental materials, etc., and to provide a method for producing the compound. SOLUTION: This oxetane ring-containing (meth)acrylic ester is represented by general formula (I) [wherein R<1> represents hydrogen or methyl group; R<2> represents a straight chain or branched alkylene group which may have an er bond; R<3> represents a straight-chain alkyl group; n is an integer of 1-4]. The compound is used for graft modification of polyolefines and as a comonomer raw material for copolyolefins and a monomer for dental materials.
