PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circlip press-fitting tool which facilitates attachment/ detachment of the tool to/from a bracket as a member to be fitted and prevents any positional deviation and fall of a circlip. SOLUTION: The circlip press-fitting tool 1 with a press-fitting member 5 to press a circlip Ws fitted to a press-fitting rod 12 to be driven by a pneumatic tool comprises a guide member 2 with the press-fitting member 5 slidable therein, a spigot part 4a which is engaged with the member to be fitted and positioned to an opening part 2a of the guide member 2, a positioning member 8 which is engaged with a fitting member for positioning, a reset lever 7 which is fixed to the press-fitting member 5 to retract the press-fitting rod 12 from an extension end to a contraction end, and a long hole 3a which is formed in the guide direction of the guide member 2 with the reset lever 7 passed therethrough and protruded therefrom.
