PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil cooler effectively performing heat exchange, while its whole size is compact. SOLUTION: The oil cooler is constituted by laminating several stages of core units in which spaces for oil are partitioned from spaces for cooling water. The oil cooler is characterized in that the core unit of an intermediate section out of the core units that are laminated in several stages is connected to an inlet pipe and an outlet pipe for cooling water communicating to all of the spaces for cooling water.
