PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for stably dispersing a metal complex hardly soluble in water and having an organic compound as a ligand in water inexpensively and simply by a concentration far higher than its solubility. SOLUTION: The colloidal solution of the metal complex hardly soluble to water and having the organic compound (hinokithiol or 2-mercaptopyridine- N-oxide) as the ligand is provided.
