PURPOSE: A switch device of overhead console of automobile is provided to be conveniently and inexpensively manufactured with smaller number of parts. CONSTITUTION: A slide seesaw type switch knob(20) is installed on an overhead console. A connecting terminal(22) with a common terminal connecting protrusion and a switching connecting protrusion is installed on a plunger(21) connected on a lower part of the slide seesaw type switch knob. A common terminal, an open terminal and a close terminal are placed on a printed circuit board to correspond with the common terminal connecting protrusion and the switching connecting protrusion of the connecting terminal.
