PURPOSE: A gap protector of a midgate is provided to avoid the insertion or separation of cargo by installing a protector between a floor and a midgate. CONSTITUTION: A flat-shaped protector(11) is prepared. The rear lower portion of the protector and a floor(2) are rotatably fixed by a protector hinge shaft(16). A roller(12) is fixed on the rear upper portion of the protector via a roller fixing hinge(13). A spring(17) is installed at a lower portion of the protector. A gap formed due to the opening of a midgate(1) is covered with the protector. Therefore, the insertion of cargo in the gap or the separation of the cargo through the gap is avoided.
