APPARATUS FOR POLYCHROMATIC DYEING OF BOBBIN YARN

PURPOSE: Provided is an apparatus for polychromatic dyeing of a bobbin yarn by spraying various shapes of dyes on a bobbin yarn while simultaneously absorbing and discharging the sprayed dye at the upper and lower part of a bobbin. Therefore, the apparatus avoids the troublesome step of rewinding a yarn on the bobbin and the problem of uneven dyeing, improves productivity and reduces manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: A polychromatic yarn dyeing apparatus comprises: a lifting cylinder(104) in which a lifting plate(102) for placing a bobbin(101) is installed on a base(103) to be vertically ascended and descended by the on and off of a switch and one end of a piston rod is installed at the lower part of the lifting plate; a fixing plate(106) installed at the lower part of a horizontal support frame(105b) mounted at the lower part of a vertical support frame(105a); a nozzle plate(110) for spraying a dye with a plurality of nozzles(109) arranged on the inner surface when the dye in a dye tank is supplied through a supply pump and a plurality of supply pipes; a dye dispensing pipe(113) formed by a dye inlet hole(106) and a plurality of dye discharge holes(112); a three way valve(115) connected to the dye supply pipe to selectively open and close a flow channel; and a controller for controlling various actions.
