METHOD FOR HELPING DIAGNOSIS OF WATER QUALITY IN POWER PLANT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for helping the diagnosis of water quality in a power plant which makes it easier to take countermeasures against defections associated with water quality in the power plant. SOLUTION: The information, which is inputted into an information terminal 3 by an operator for helping the diagnosis of water quality, for applying for the reference to the effect that Company A hopes to refer for the information on the results of the water quality diagnosis by Company B is sent to a server 10b of Company B by way of an encryption/ decryption device 15 and a server 10a. Company B refers for the information for applying for the reference received by the information terminal 11b to determine the provision of related information and inputs the information for approving the application for the reference into the information terminal 11b. The response information from Company B is shown on a display of an information terminal 3 by way of a reverse route to the information for the application for the reference. The operator for helping the water quality diagnosis sends the information on the results of the water quality diagnosis which goes for Company B in line with the response information from Company B from the information terminal 3 to the server 10a of Company A. A power generation operator obtains the information on the results of the water quality diagnosis about a power plant possessed by another power generation operator.
