PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate an accuracy defect cause of a three dimensional cam profile probe that has been difficult to estimate. SOLUTION: The three dimensional cam profile measuring device 10 is provided with a measuring accuracy diagnosing part 60 storing a measured value (a master value) acquired when a cam of a predetermined shape is measured by the three dimensional cam profile probe having the accuracy defect cause. The measurement accuracy diagnosing part 60 estimates the accuracy defect cause by comparing the master value with a measured value acquired by actually measuring the cam of the predetermined shape by the three dimensional cam profile probe.
