PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a functional part which prevents a leakage of fluid in a pipe and provides excellent assembly property. SOLUTION: In the functional part provided with the pipe and a functional part main body pressed in the pipe by predetermined pressing-in allowance to control the fluid in the pipe, a pressing-in face part of the functional part main body is made of resin having the self-lubrication property, and the resin has modulus of elasticity of about 8 GPA to 50 GPA or is made of resin having resistance against refrigerant such as PPS resin and polyamide resin or contains glass fibers having a weight ratio of about 40%. Or a ringlike channel part is provided on a pressing-in face of the functional part main body to fit a caulking part of the pipe.
