PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the exterior wall surface of a building, which has insulating ability as well as beautiful appearance which can be maintained for a long period of time. SOLUTION: A coated layer (C) formed with an insulation layer (A), a base material layer (B) and a coat formed with a thick coated flexible paint from the indoor side to outdoor side of the wall surface and a coated layer (D) having a water vapor permeability, an elongation percentage of 2 to 50% at 20 deg.C and a tensile strength product ratio of not less than 0.3 by the formula shown below is laminated. For the coated layer (D), a coat (D-1) containing an inorganic binder and an organic synthetic resin binder and pigment are included and a coat (D-2) having a pigment volumetric concentration of not less than 10% which is orderly laminated is considered to be the optimum coated layer (D).
