PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent the occurrence of dew condensation and fungi in walls by realizing excellent insulation characteristics and a pleasant indoor environment thereby automatically adjusting humidity and preventing the worsening of indoor environment in case of a fire. SOLUTION: A humidity adjusting natural plate 3 is installed between an exterior wall 1 and an indoor plate 2 thereby providing a hollow portion 4 at the outdoor side and a hollow portion 5 at the indoor side. The humidity adjusting natural plate 3 can be built by installing a ventilating gap 7 capable of automatically adjusting the gap by the humidity and then attaching a natural wooden member 3A. An insulating material 8 is arranged in a hollow portion 4 at the outdoor side and a waterproof sheet 6 is installed at the outdoor side of the humidity adjusting natural plate 3.
