PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating film laminate capable of keeping good appearance for a long time without generating the swelling, separation and the like with time on a wall face of a building. SOLUTION: A coating film (A) formed by impasto coating having flexibility, and a coating film (B) having a vapor permeability, an elongation percentage of 2-50% at 20 deg.C and a ratio of tensile product of 0.3 or more, are successively laminated on a base material of the building wall face. The coating film (B) is preferably manufactured by successively laminating a coating film (B-1) including an inorganic binder and an organic binder as a binder, and a coating film (B-2) including an organic synthetic resin binder and a pigment, and having a pigment volumetric concentration of 10% of more.
