PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound absorbing structure for a retaining wall, a slope, and a sound insulating wall easily responding to acoustic waves with various frequencies included in noise, capable of sufficiently exhibiting the sound absorbing action, and reducing the cost more than that of the conventional concrete block. SOLUTION: This sound absorbing structure for the retaining wall, the slope, and the sound insulating wall is repeatedly formed with hollow sound absorbing parts in parts facing to the noise. This sound absorbing structure for the retaining wall, the slope, and the sound insulating wall is characterized in having a surface plate on the external surface of the hollow sound absorbing parts.
