PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a vehicle resin tonneau board manufacturable at a low cost by reducing the number of components and assembling man-hours. SOLUTION: This tonneau board comprises a resin-made front-side board 11, a resin-made rear-side board 12 and a skin 13. Upper faces of the front-side board 11 and the rear-side board 12 are covered with the skin 13 with a side of the front-side board 11 and a side of the rear-side board 12 horizontally maintained at a prescribed interval, and the front-side board 11, the rear side board 12 and the skin 13 are integrated.
