PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce attachment space and to simplify components by giving a protector a filler tube shape retaining function as well as anti-chipping function. SOLUTION: Since the protector 15 is composed in a metal tubular shape bent in a desired shape along layout of the filler tube 10, and the filler tube 10 composed of resin straight tube is inserted through the protector 15 to retain the shape, the protector 15 is provided with not only anti-chipping function but also a shape retaining function of the filler tube 10. It is not necessary to thermally form a straight tube in the desired bending shape to compose the filler tube 10. Since the attachment space is sufficient with an installation space of the protector 15, the attachment space is reduced. Since the filler tube 10 can be supported by the protector 15, the number of components is reduced.
