PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device for a construction machine allowing easy maintenances such as cleaning, inspection and repair of cooling apparatuses such as a radiator, an oil cooler and an after cooler. SOLUTION: A frame 1 forming an opening part 1a on an airflow route is provided upstream of a fan 26. The radiator 11A and the oil cooler 12, or the radiator 11 and the oil cooler 12 and the after cooler 13 are arranged on the opening part 1a of the frame 1 in parallel and the one of the radiator 11A and the oil cooler 12, or the radiator 11 and the oil cooler 12 and the after cooler 13 is detachably attached on the frame 1. A fan shroud 19 is attached on the frame 1. A part of the fan shroud 19 can be detachable.
