PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of air conditioner for vehicle to improve mounting workability of an air-conditioning unit and a blowing duct. SOLUTION: This mounting structure of an air conditioner for a vehicle is composed of a steering member 10 provided in an instrument panel, extending in the vehicle width direction, an air-conditioning unit 30 blowing air-conditioned wind into a cabin, and a blowing duct 20. The blowing duct 20 is arranged along the inside of a U-shaped groove of the steering member 10 having an approximately U-shaped cross section and the air-conditioning unit 30 is fixed to the steering member 10. Thus, the blowing duct 20 is supported by the steering member 10.
