PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum mechanism for a working tool which can not only surely perform a vacuum function but also easily switch ON and OFF of the vacuum function and which can surely perform shutting-off of the air without damaging the constituting member of the mechanism even when the switching operation of the ON and OFF of the function is repeatedly performed. SOLUTION: A switching unit is moved axially in one side relatively to a nozzle so that a sealing unit is disposed at a first position to the nozzle with the result that the air in a cylinder flows to a throttling unit through a vent hole. Meanwhile, the switching unit is moved axially to the other side relatively to the nozzle so that the sealing unit is disposed at a second position to the nozzle with the result that flowing of the air in the cylinder to the throttling unit is shut off.
