PURPOSE: An oscillation device of a micro computer is provided to operate a plurality of micro computers and reduce a fabricating cost by using only one crystal oscillator. CONSTITUTION: The first micro computer(113) is connected with an output side of a crystal oscillation portion(111). A waveform shaping portion(115) is connected with an output side of the first micro computer(113). The second micro computer(117) is connected with an output side of the waveform shaping portion(115). The crystal oscillation portion(111) is oscillated according to a reference frequency signal in order to generate an oscillation frequency signal of a sine wave. The crystal oscillation portion(111) is formed with the first capacitor(C1), a crystal oscillator(X1), a resistance(R1), and the second capacitor(C2).
