PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-theft system of construction equipment that releases an authorized operator from the need to certainly memorize a password and allows the other operator to perform a simple operation in a range difficult for theft. SOLUTION: The construction equipment has a confirming device for confirming authorization of an operator. When the operator confirming device does not confirm the authorization of the operator, running other than rectilinear running cannot be controlled. The operator confirming device comprises an input device of a password or the like and a device for verifying a fingerprint of the operator.
