SOLUTION: The web is paper-held from an in-feed part by one of web pass parts, a motor for regenerative braking in the folding machine part is rotated reversely, the webs are fed ordinarily on the folding machine part side, and the web is paper-pulled from both sides of a paper holding part to be subjected to pretension, so that the pretension can be implemented in a short time. |
