PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive member which can eliminate the problems of initial fogging, durable fogging and OPC adhesiveness and ensures the good development operation, transfer operation, cleaning operation, etc., even under severe conditions and makes it possible to stably obtain good images. SOLUTION: The conductive member is a conductive member used for an electrophotographic device and is furnished with an elastic layer and at least one resin layer formed on this elastic layer, in which the outermost resin layer forming the member surface is formed of a resin material containing >=50 wt.% polyamide resin and <=50 wt.% fluororesin and/or fluorine compound component. The above conductive member is <=50 V in the maximum value of the surface potential after 0.3 seconds when the surface of the outermost resin layer is electrified by applying a voltage of 8 kV to a corona discharger arranged apart a spacing of 1 mm from the surface of the outermost resin layer in a state not to contain conducting agents at all and is <=5 V in the surface potential after 10 seconds. |
