PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a heat developable photographic sensitive material which is good in properties, such as curling, and photographic performance in a process of taking-up the heat developable photographic sensitive material after coating application and drying, and is improved in terminal transfer. SOLUTION: This method of manufacturing the heat developable photographic sensitive material having a photosensitive layer on one surface of a base and a back coating layer on the opposite layer comprises taking up the heat developable photographic sensitive material with its photosensitive layer on the inner side on a winding core of 200 to 500 mm in external diameter after applying and drying the photosensitive layer and the back coating layer thereto.
