PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain a sample from being sucked to remain in a portion contacting with the sample for reaction and/or analysis, to enhance reaction efficiency thereby, and to attain quick and highly sensitive analysis, in a chemical micro-device used for the reaction and the analysis using a very small amount, such as a micro-chip, a micro-array and a micro-reactor. SOLUTION: In this micro-device, a portion contacting with at least one sample is treated with a fluoro-polymer material.
