SOLUTION: The functional building plate is to be a cured material 1A of a mixture containing a cement-based water curable material 1, a fiber reinforcing material 3, a porous filler 4 and a carbon material 2. In the building plate, the porous filler 4 prevents the blocking of pores of the surface of the carbon material 2 by super minute particles of the cement-based water curable material 1. |
