PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily crystallize a preform neck part, without necessitating expensive installations as means for crystallizing the neck part for improving the heat resistance and mechanical strength of the neck part of a PET bottle. SOLUTION: In order to crystallize the neck part by heating on the occasion of molding a preform, a heating device h is attached to neck part molds 7a and 7b consisting of splits, while the preform neck part made to fit to a core mold 7 is spaced minutely from the core mold to prevent excessive cooling of the preform in the process of crystallization of the neck part. |
