PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing rubber support offering simple construction for reducing bending moment generated in a joint between an upper structure and a lower structure, and a pile head structure using the sealing rubber support. SOLUTION: The sealing rubber support 10 comprises an upper supporting portion 11 mounted on a lower part of a footing 1 and a lower supporting portion 12 mounted on a head part of a footing pile 2, where recessed portions 11a, 12s are formed, respectively, and a rubber elastic body 13 arranged between the recessed portions 11a, 12s with a guide ring 14 as a sealing member arranged on the outer periphery. The lower part of the footing 1 and the head part of the footing pile 2 are joined together with the sealing rubber support 10.
