PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a pressure sensitive sensor which reduces variations of an electric resistance value - load characteristic caused by temperature changes, and a pressure sensitive film resistor to be used for this pressure sensitive sensor. SOLUTION: At least one of electrodes 11, 12, 13 of the pressure sensitive sensor wherein at least one of the electrodes is arranged on each of an upper circuit board 2 and a lower circuit board 3 respectively so as to be counterposed to each other, is made of a pressure sensitive resistor whose electric resistance value change rate with respect to a unit temperature change is neither lower than 0%/ deg.C nor higher than 5%/ deg.C, at an arbitrary temperature in a temperature range of from -40 deg.C up to 85 deg.C.
