PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost sterile room unit comfortable and highly habitable for a patient, having superior operability, providing a wide-space sterile room giving less oppressive feeling, and allowing the patient to use a medical console of the patient's room. SOLUTION: The sterile room 21 is formed of an inner space surrounded with a frame body 1 mountable on a floor surface and having opened both sides, and a curtain 20 openably/closably provided so as to close the opening part of the frame body 1. The frame body 1 is formed with an air flow passage passing from the patient's foot through the upper part of a top plate 6 and blowing the clean air into the sterile room 21 from the patient's head side via an air blow duct 19. An air purifier is disposed inside the air flow passage and an opening 9 is formed in the patient's head side in the frame body 1 so that, when the frame body 1 is made to abut on the wall 26 of the patient's room, the medical console 25 attached to the wall 26 is positioned inside the sterile room 21.
