PAPER TUBE PUNCHING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that there is no suitable device for engraving a lot of holes on a paper tube conventionally and it is difficult to engrave orderly holes efficiently even by a considerable skilled manual labor. SOLUTION: This paper tube punching device is provided with a paper tube placing stand, a rotary mechanism for holding the paper tube and giving the paper tube reciprocating rotation drawn around the center axis of the paper tube, a slide mechanism for holding the paper tube and making the paper tube perform reciprocal linear motion in the longitudinal direction and a drill section for forming small holes on side surface of the paper tube in order to spirally form a lot of small holes on side surface of the paper tube. The holding of the paper tube in the rotary mechanism and the slide mechanism is controlled respectively so as to be released when the other mechanism is in operation. Both the reciprocating rotation of the rotary mechanism and the reciprocating linear motion of the slide mechanism are controlled so as to be stopped when the drill section is in operation.
