PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve an inconvenience that a larger stapler is required if a stapling margin from an end of a document to be stapled exceeds a regular value of 6-7 cm. SOLUTION: Upper and lower stapler parts are separated, and fixed to two supporting plates respectively so that stapling parts are correctly agreed with each other, and a magnet is fitted to each supporting plate in a corresponding manner so that upper and lower stapler parts are correctly agreed with each other by the attraction force of the magnets to constitute a stapler. The document to be stapled can be stapled freely by this means even when the stapling position is far from the end.
