PURPOSE: A method for ordering and delivering food using the Internet is provided to cook and deliver food quickly by transmitting a food order from a server to a local member store adjacent to the orderer on a condition that various kinds of member stores are connected through one network. CONSTITUTION: A user joins as a member(S10), performs a log-in process(S11), searches food and price(S14), and selects the number of food(S15). If the user requests a food(S16), a server searches a member store adjacent to the user(S17) and transmits the food order to the searched member store(S18), and a response signal is requested(S19). If a response signal is received from the member store(S20), a food order is completed(S24) and a delivery completion signal is received from the member store. If a delivery completion signal is not received(S27), a delivery delay reason is queried to the member store(S30) and the user cancels the order or other member store is selected(S33).
