PURPOSE: A water tank's brimming perception apparatus for a dehumidifier is provided to accurately sense whether the water tank is brimming with water. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus includes a water level sensing unit(79) including a floating mechanism(70) installed on one side of a water tank(57) to rotate and having a plurality of fixing protrusions formed on one side thereof with different lengths to vary level of condensed water sensed as brimming level depending on installation location, and a fixing guide(90) connecting the floating mechanism on the water tank to rotate; and a sensor(80) installed on one side of a barrier(59) to face the fixing protrusions, facing one of the fixing protrusions corresponding with the installation location of the floating mechanism, and contacting with or separating from the fixing protrusions to sense brimming level condition of the water tank as the floating mechanism rotates.
