PURPOSE: A plate manufacturing apparatus capable of printing predetermined figures on a manufactured plate is provided to reduce manufacturing steps and save labor force by simultaneously printing the figures when the plate is fabricated. CONSTITUTION: A plate manufacturing apparatus includes a frame(120). A heating/pressing device(200) for fabricating a plate for the purpose of studying is installed on the frame(120). The heating/pressing device(200) includes a first heating plate(220) and a second heating plate(240). A printing paper and stuffs of the plate are positioned between the first and second heating plates(220,240). The printing paper and stuffs of the plate are pressed as the second heating plate(240) moves towards the first heating plate(220), thereby forming a studying plate. A guide device is provided to feed stuffs for the studying plate between the first and second heating plates(220,240).
